Unknown command: account​

Your CLI install may be outdated.

Update Boost CLI:

npm i -g @boostos/cli
# or
bun add -g @boostos/cli

Unauthorized​

Run:

boost auth logout
boost auth login

Failed to fetch from web account page​

This is usually a temporary network or backend URL issue.

Check:

  • You can open your account page and sign in again.
  • Your internet connection is stable.
  • Your organization allows access to Boost domains.

Billing appears inactive​

Open billing from the account page and confirm your plan is active. If status still looks wrong, contact support with your account email.
